Lately as Consultant, Coach and Trainer in my companies HUMI (Human Mind) & indumind A/S, and previously as Human Resource Development Manager in the A.P. Møller Maersk Group, where I spent 5 years of my employment being in charge of developing and implementing HR development programs for the management and staff.The focal point of my work is my profound understanding of how emotional intelligence positively affects the everyday life of individuals and organizations – and my ability to implement Emotional intelligence in organizations by way of working with all levels: management and the individual employees. Another important aspect of my work is my ability to generate innovative ideas and drive them from idea to realization. I work with international researchers, scientists and practicians, such as Adele B. Lynn, on developing Emotional Intelligence tools and practices that are applicable on a wide scale. I have time and again reached significant results in short time by turning managerial challenges as well as individual challenges (anxiety, stress, depression, etc.) into learning and improved quality of life. The individuals and employees I work with are 12 years’ old and up. The reason for my success is my capacity to give my customers trust in their internal resources and abilities as well as the courage and confidence needed to actually pursue their goals.
