- Consultant in the field of mobile IT solutions, lean startup technologies, cross-platform mobile apps: hybrid apps, native web-apps and web apps. - Production of white-label and custom enterprise apps, cross-platform, (iOS, Android, OSX, Windows).- Feasibility studies regarding innovative projects. Contracted supplier to Innovation Stockholm / Start-Up Stockholm (powered by ALMI Företagspartner).

Responsible for Research & Development. Common tasks also included sales support, implementation of proof-of-concepts, performing pre-studies and technical analyses, provide advice to management in strategic technological matters, write documentation, evaluation of candidate developers during recruitment.

Managed a team of 5-10 Java developers, as well as taking on the roles of System Architect and Solutions Architect. The responsibilities also included Recruitment, Requirements Gathering, Specifications, Presentations, Sales Support, Datamining, Statistics, Technical Documentation and Purchasing. The purchasing involved hardware, software and consultancy services. I have been through a number of major integration projects and technical due-diligences, and produced most of the required technical documents for those.I recruited everyone in the development team and introduced new work processes, including continuous integration, nightly builds, some form of agile scrum, and proper bug reporting.I architected the mobile platform that provided for most of PlusFourSix's revenues. It was a multi-tenant, multi-provider, high-availability, SaaS platform for mobile campaigns. We developed a number of standard components which were used to tailor solutions for different customers.

PlusFourSix set up its own software development office in Noida, Delhi, India. I was partly involved as a mentor as well as with requirements gathering, management and documentation.

As a co-founder I took on varying roles during different periods, of which Technical Coordinator, VP R&D and VP Provisioning were the most important. These roles involved tasks like planning and management of developers, solutions architect and software development, mainly in PHP, Javascript and PostgreSQL.At its peak, the Mobilehits web site had more than 100 000 visitors daily, and was run on a single no-name server. Eventually, Mobilehits was acquired by the listed company Aspiro in 2003 (http://www.cisionwire.com/aspiro/r/aspiro---mobilehits---true,c133611).

Music composition and production for records, radio, etc. Freelance A&R and producer for Stockholm Records (acquired by Universal Music).Hit the US Billboard Top 100 in 1993, and had a number of other (but less significant) track listings.
