As a skilled Forensic Pathologist, I have been working at the NYC Office of the Chief Medical Examiner since August 2019. In my role, I have gained invaluable experience in conducting autopsies, analyzing medical records, and interpreting the results of various diagnostic tests to determine the cause of death.Throughout my career, I have developed strong communication and critical thinking skills, enabling me to collaborate effectively with law enforcement agencies, attorneys, and other medical professionals. I have also been involved in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents, sharing my knowledge and experience to help shape the next generation of Forensic Pathologists.Some of the key accomplishments in my career include:Successfully completing a rigorous residency program in Anatomic and Forensic Pathology, where I gained extensive experience in performing autopsies, interpreting microscopic findings, and communicating complex medical information to non-medical audiences.Collaborating with law enforcement agencies on high-profile cases, providing expert testimony in court, and assisting in the investigation of suspicious deaths.Contributing to the development of standardized protocols and guidelines for the investigation and documentation of forensic cases, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and consistency in the work of the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.My experience as a Forensic Pathologist at the NYC Office of the Chief Medical Examiner since August 2018 has allowed me to develop a comprehensive skill set and a deep understanding of the field.
