The first time I worked with Project Turnabout was when I interned with various units in 2012 where I learned a lot and grew as a professional. In May of 2015, I was gracious to have the opportunity to work as a licensed member of staff. I began in outpatient treatment doing individualized treatment plans and running group therapy and then accepted a position working with women in a residential unit. I also got the opportunity to work on both male and female residential units as a unit coordinator.
