With over 3.5 years of experience in the construction industry, I am a passionate and driven Assistant Project Manager with a focus on cost and contract management, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement. I work at JLL, a global leader in real estate and investment services, where I manage my own portfolio of projects across Western Australia. I am motivated by the opportunity to deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients and communities, and to collaborate with diverse and talented teams across the region.In my current role, I have been involved in an array of projects ranging from site repairs, fit outs, new installs, service repairs, canopy works, heritage façade repairs, bathroom, kitchen refurbishments and Hazmat Projects. I have also acted in sole responsibility for the delivery of all projects in WA during a changeover in management, as well as assisting across the Northern Territory and South Australia portfolio, and training new team members. I have demonstrated my skills in cost management, contract management, cost reporting, procurement, design review, planning permits, and consultant engagement, as well as my ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
