Responsible for 80 franchise partners, improving the quality of the network through the delivery of new partners to the brand, facilitate and manage acquisitions/ takeovers, relocations and terminations in line with the Market Area and Capacity Planning Strategy

Wales/West Midlands

Responsible for the sales and quality performance of 21 franchise partners acting as the interface between NMGB and the dealer network, with consistent retail sales growth in the Region during a critical launch period and transformation to EV technology

Responsible for OEM commercial partnerships including Toyota UK, Mini UK and PSA, along with overseeing low carbon EV events, customer journey and customer communications

Responsible for all EV activities for Mitsubishi Motors UK. Leveraged and built new relationships with Government, Government Agencies and industry bodies, councils, private organisations, energy companies and infrastructure providers to develop a market for EVs Successfully applied for and obtained Government funding and project managed two multi-million.

Responsible for 3 models (line-up/specification, pricing, factory relationship and dealer communications) which accounted for 47% of Mitsubishi Motors UK volume
