I draw from my background as a performer to empower my clients to trust their voice, drive change, and unlock their potential.---Having studied and worked as a performer for years, my coaching practice came from a realisation I had while teaching singing workshops to adult beginners: in many cases, the people I was working with were locked out of their own voices and locked out of their own bodies. This was evident in breath work, bodywork and vocal sessions, and had far-reaching impacts on their mindset, self-perception and performance, both in life and at work.Just as you should learn to walk before you run, I set out on a quest to help them reconnect with their confidence. Confidence and mindset are key to a freer, more grounded and empowered version of yourself, one that is unafraid to aim high, live by your values and achieve your all-important goals. I drew from my performer toolkit of bodywork, performance psychology, goal setting and mindset work - and I’ve never looked back.
