Hummingbirds aims at taking immediate effective action to tackle climate change and biodiversity loss crisis through community driven nature conservation and restoration activities.Our main areas of focus are :- tropical forests- agroforestry and regenerative agriculture- wetlands, peatlands and coastal ecosystems.We develop and finance carbon projects with local seasonned partners around the world.Activities as project manager :Project identification : prospection and connexion with potentiel partners across West Africa, analysis and due diligence of project proposals (carbon, impact, operational potential, financials).Project development : leading prefeasibility and feasibility studies to achieve carbon certification, fundraising.Company building : leading trainings, participating in BCorp certification process, mentoring of new employees.

Project Manager for Energy and Rural Development project and in charge of M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation) on Entrepreneurship projects.- Energy and Rural Development Project (Bouaké region): Operational implementation of the project (launch, planning and implementation of activities, facilitation of partnership relations with CIED and EdM) and financial and administrative management of the project, reporting and facilitation of donor relations.- Monitoring and evaluation of entrepreneurship projects: support for the definition of indicators, creation and improvement of an M&E system, implementation of an impact measurement system.- Support for the development of partnership relations and participation in the transversal functioning of the IECD in Côte d'Ivoire (drafting of technical offers, communication, network animation).

Support to Commerce Equitable France (french fair trade platform) in the implementation and monitoring of the EQUITE program (https://www.programme-equite.org/), selection of projects of Producer Organizations to be supported by the program, contribution to the external and internal communication of the program. Focus on the cashew and shea sectors in the Sahel, and on cocoa in agroforestry in Côte d'Ivoire (writing of a thesis on the subject).

Impact study on small agricultural producers in 2 sectors (millet, mango) in the North of Côte d'Ivoire. Launching of a contractualization project with family farming and structuring of the millet sector in Côte d'Ivoire, working with various institutions (state and parastatal) and with small producers. Participation in seminars, workshops to launch projects, prospecting. Photo and video shootings.

Animation of the online courses "Natural Resources and Territorial Development in Africa", in partnership with the Gaston Berger University of Saint-Louis, Senegal and the University of Paris Nanterre, member of the University of Paris Lumières, and with the scientific contribution of the PRODIG laboratory (UMR 8586 of the CNRS) and the Center for International Cooperation in Agricultural Research for Development (CIRAD).
