New position created to prepare and launch the public fundraising activity : processes, tools, 360° campaigns, medias, awareness devices.- define and pilot the fundraising strategy for the general public (direct marketing, telemarketing, digital, events...)- define and co-pilot the communication strategy for the general public- coordinate and deploy the first 360° public fundraising system for the 38 AP-HP hospitalsResults : 40 000 donors funded more than 450 research teams or projects for the largest hospital group in Europe that delivers quality medical care, research and education each and every day across the Paris region at its 38 hospitals (100.000 employees, 8 million patients each years)

Identify and develop growth drivers to renew the current programs, secure the framework of the various professions, develop an innovation mindset within the team to anticipate changes in the market.» Manage the supervising team (20 pers.) and field teams (100 pers.)» Define strategies, roadmaps and planning» Control projects led by team members and lead specific developments to foster diversification and innovation» Oversee progress and reporting on street-fundraising activities within the team» Manage assigned budget, report results and analyse KPIs» Develop synergies with international teamsResults : 23 points increase of the activity in new sites, from 2% to 25% to smooth and secure the F2F, major acquisition program of Greenpeace France.
