I have increased the number of promotional emails by 10,000% in 4 years and generated $1.5 million revenue in 2019.During my time at YHA, I have enjoyed supervising and guiding 6 marketers. My main highlight was the rebranding of Quickbooks into Reckon Accounts which was a name change as well as a product rebrand. It was a big and successful project which required me to liaise with all the teams, from changing the name and look in the software, via creating new websites, Marketing packaging and collateral to launching and promoting the range in retail and online. It occurred smoothly within a year and modernised the entire brand image. I received best employee of the year for this project.As part of Reckon’s modernisation, we switched to Hubspot to send beautiful promotional emails as most emails were transactional prior my time. I helped clean the database, implemented Hubspot, organised email templates, trained the team and organised the email strategy and send. The implementation of Hubspot helped us promote Reckon One, a brand new online accounting software for small businesses. I organised the launch strategy for this product mostly through online ads and activities and I had to be flexible and innovative as the launch date wasn’t very firm.During my time at Reckon, I looked after various websites and our e-store, organised many campaigns, releases, competitions, reports, and market research.
