Fully owning the process of delivering highly custom warehouse mods. As such, I played a major role in the technical/functional design, testing/QA, and additional miscellaneous support until the point of delivery. Throughout this time sensitive process, there are many sessions with the client ranging from reports to demos to collaborative problem solving.Working at a professional level in high pressure environments has bred me to become organized and highly efficient. Mix Engineer at Madison Records studio in Atlanta, Georgia. Position included professional services; administration, Pro Tools, recording, mixing, production, and live sound.Coordinated office activities and operations and helped implement a new administrative software. Automated the process of scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling clients, and booking sessions. Served professional clients including but not limited to: Lil Baby, Lil Durk, Smino, and Jaycen Joshua. In addition, I served as an assistant sound engineer where I learned how to use Pro Tools to record and mix professionally.

My tenure here started with intense technical training in Manhattan WMOS, Oracle SQL, and XML. I built upon this knowledge by providing functional support for multiple companies and warehouses around the world. Some of which include; Fedex, Shoe Carnival, Pet Supplies Plus, and Sports Maska. Both remote and on-site support was required. As I advanced at Manhattan, I took on on more responsibility. Froma client-facing perspective, I was spearheading meetings and being the main point of contact for various issues.On the technical side, I completely owned configuration of our MHE extension for one of our clients and authored many test scripts, configuration guides, and mod specs.

My second year with this company came with a leadership role. After my own training, I took on responsibility for the training and management of other interns. Among other things, I performed physical and digital inventory management, from cycle counts to scrapping items to reorganization of inventory for efficiency. I became proficient in the Magento CMS/Ecommerce platform, and utilized that system to organize our online stores , update product descriptions and media assets.

I was given a summer-long task to lower the overdue order count. Everyday I worked in SAP and Microsoft Excel, building models to identify the problems that existed within orders. To solve those problems and prevent similar future issues, I developed personal relationships with suppliers and designed creative data-driven solutions. With one month to spare, I finished my task for the summer and spent the remaining time gaining additional experience by shadowing various team members across the organization including engineers, managers, and procurement analysts.
