Certified professional coach, my job consists in supporting executive leaders in their managerial stakes and at the key moments of their carriers : on-boarding, mobility, repositionning, personal communication and branding, transition.I help leaders to find keys to reach a better individual and collective performance. I give everyone the opportunity to determine the best professional and personal path, in order to build the next step accordingly.I am an ex General Manager who has deliberatly choosen to turn into coaching and mentoring.I do it, helped by my various background and my long practise of managerial issues : - I have 30 years of operational experience of which 20 as General Manager in international groups : Nestlé France & UK, Procter & Gamble, LVMH, Coty, Clarins,- as from 2016, I practise transition management, executive coaching and mentoring.During that time, I have built recognized teams of experts, led numerous growth and transformation projects combining human values with companie's strategic and financial objectives. Based on that experience, my coaching is founded on the personal belief that human being is the basement of any performance in any organisation.
