With its offers in Configure-price-quote (CPQ), visualization, CAD automation and omni-channel sales, Tacton creates value for major global B2B manufacturing brands. Tacton enables high product variance of complex industrial equipment without compromising operational efficiency. I have held positions in Tacton's product management and product marketing teams. I generate demand by telling stories on how Tacton product capabilities create value and customer centricity in the sales and order fulfillment processes of B2B manufacturing companies. I work with sales enablement for direct and partner sales. I was part of the team that in 2019, 2020 and 2021 made Gartner name Tacton a visionary in its Magic Quadrant for Configure, Price and Quote Application Suites (https://www.gartner.com/en/documents/3991043/magic-quadrant-for-configure-price-and-quote-application).

Spring (previously Ayond) is an IT- and innovation company, creating value within web, mobile apps and business development. In addition to consultancy, Spring has an ambitious internal innovation program, encouraging its employees to instigate and drive start-up companies, together with coaching and financing from Spring. Besides acting as manager and UX lead in a number of public and private sector web-development projects, I was responsible for the structure and processes of the innovation program.

Valtech focuses on user-friendly and value driving web solutions, intranets and business applications for customers within private and public sector. Depending on project, I acted project manager, UX lead, requirements manager, pre-studies/concepting, stakeholder management, adoption, ROIs and web strategist. Process change was often an important part in all assignments.

Yahoo! Go (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yahoo!_Go) was a mobile application making the most popular Yahoo services (e.g. search, email, Flickr, maps, stock info etc.) accessible in well over 300 mobile phone models. I was responsible for international aspects of Yahoo! Go a led partnership programs with different mobile phone manufacturers, e.g. Nokia and Sony Ericsson. Yahoo! Go was decommissioned in 2010.

At Nokia I started out a as Concept Designer at Nokia Research Center. I was responsible for innovating new product concepts (both hardware and software) and pitch those to Nokia business units. Concepts were based on market studies of real mobile life and behavior. After business evaluation I then led prototype development projects, including user validation. This resulted in a number of patents and research publications. One concept was picked up by the business unit Nokia Multimedia. Nokia Sensor (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nokia_Sensor) was a social Bluetooth application and cam pre-installed on a number of Nokia handsets during 2005-2006. I acted product manager and UX lead. The final position at Nokia, was UX designer for Nokia Lifeblog (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nokia_Lifeblog). This mobile and PC software allowed users to back-up and present all kinds of personal mobile data - e, e.g. SMS/MMS, emails, photos, videos - on the PC through an innovative timeline view. I was responsible for defining a number of new features introduced in 2005. Nokia Lifeblog was discontinued in 2007.

Swedish Institute of Computer Science (now part of RISE), ran a number of basic and applied research labs within computer science, often in interaction with industry, e.g. Ericsson. Researchers at SICS was often responsible for developing and financing research projects. I worked in the UX- and usability lab, under the leadership of professor Kristina Höök. I initiated and led a handful research projects within mobile, social and ubiquitous computing, resulting in patents and publications. I also led a number of KTH students during their master thesis work.

In conjunction with my dissertation in Cinema Studies, I acted teacher at the Department of Cinema Studies at Stockholm University. Dissertation was published in 2003 on Cambridge University Press.
