Lead World Trade Center Institute Board to support and expand programs, education, events and consulting activities in order to provide the highest level of unbiased international trade expertise in the Rocky Mountain region. Work closely with the World Trade Center staff to guide the expansion of Global Business Services into a comprehensive, consulting based service offering.

Work with headquarters team to conduct in-country health facility assessments to determine medical supplies and equipment needs in developing countries. Provide logistics and data management support to Clinics and College programs for the purpose of conducting medical clinics in developing countries.

The Information Systems Management group is focused on developing, integrating and maintaining laboratory business, reporting and collaboration systems. This group leverages teams of IT professionals for ERP development, API development/Web Services, integrations, data warehousing, database management, reporting and information sharing on locally hosted and SaaS applications. Products managed include Oracle E-Business Suite (financial and project modules), Hyperion, Workday HCM, Oracle Business Intelligence & data warehousing, Concur Travel, ServiceNow, SharePoint and FileMaker.

Technology Management: Direct fully integrated IT services for procurement, design, development, and deployment of conforming software applications including CRM, marketing, operational, and logistics systems. Lead strategic planning and innitiatives in BI/reporting, ERP, B2B & B2C database, IT advocacy, e-commerce, integration, operations, staffing, and disaster recovery. Sales & Customer Management: Execute B2B sales to Fortune 500 customer base of OEMs, resellers, and distributors, and oversees sales through product delivery. Designs, develops, markets, and sells products for communications, web sites, applications, and databases. Financial Management: Manage financial analysis/reporting requirements for projects, investments, and strategic technology development. Monitored policies, budgeting, RFP/RFQ review, purchasing, suppliers, and sales/use tax.Service Delivery: Ensure service delivery meets customer expectations and adhered to established policies and guidelines.
