Responsibilities: • Support sales in the Contractual Review and preparation of quotations as required • Initiate and manage Product Realization Program (PRP) for all new and transfer molds introduced into the Company. • Serve as engineering liaison to customers during the entire Program process. • Manage all internal and external resources to support program needs. • Prepare quotes for changes and Customer Authorization. • Manage Program within the quoted cost. Elevate potential cost variances. • Manage Program schedules per Master Status Report • Serve as engineering resource, as required, for sustaining production products • Evaluate validity of formal Customer Complaints, and forward findings to Quality Dept. for final disposition. • Maintain BOM’s to support Production. • Perform BOM Audits as appropriate.

Offer a wide range of printing machines with technology such as electric pneumatic, servo motor driven or programmable linear motors. Provide knowledgeable information about chemical bonding of substrates and ink materials base on dyne levels. Identify different plastic compounds based on physical characteristics. Performed ink-testing applications for adhesion and chemical resistance. Design sales tracking system to show trends in a graphical manner. Trouble shoot printing problems through systematic reasoning based on cycle time and evaporation rates of volatile organic compounds.
