Promoted to lead designer after working as a digital designer for almost a year. Responsible for managing 2 graphic designers focused on mainly print & in-store materials on a daily basis. Translated customer briefs to the team and assured accurate & high quality on-time delivery of assets. Managed overall planning and projects. Created & pitched 360 degrees campaigns and co-created all in-store promotional material, leaflets and digital assets. Delivered own branded product packaging designs in close cooperation with category management.

Responsible for designing all digital assets in close cooperation with the Benelux digital & CRM team. On a daily basis this included (but was not limited to) creating all digital assets for the websites like banners and campaign and co-branded landing pages, display (HTML5) & social advertising campaigns, loyalty campaigns, newsletter- and other types of email campaign assets. From promotional and highly commercial materials to full on branding campaigns in close cooperation with external brands. Always keeping a close eye on consistency and high quality delivery. Worked closely with the digital team to improve the customer experience and conversion rates through initiating and designing site improvements (mock-ups, wireframes & prototyping).
