MMHW Psychology provides a wide range of specialized treatments for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Services include a comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program; Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT) for Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, and other presenting concerns; an Eating Disorders program; Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR); and Integrative Psychotherapy. All treatment planning is designed to meet the the unique needs and specific goals of each individual. Treatment recommendations often include an integration of psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and wellness services (nutritional counseling, yoga, mindfulness meditation, and personalized exercise programs).

Conducted group psychotherapy and psychosocial skills training at a day treatment program with socioeconomically underprivledged children, adolescents, and young adults.

Provided outpatient psychotherapy, comprehensive psychodiagnostic assessment, and crisis intervention to adult, older adult, child, and adolescent populations in individual, group, couples, and family formats. Conducted psychosocial rehabilitation groups in the Palm Beach County school system, clinical consultation with school administrators, and support groups at assisted living facilities.

Provided individual counseling to college students with a variety of social, academic, and psychiatric difficulties.

Conducted individual outpatient psychotherapy from an integrative framework with an adult population presenting with a variety of psychiatric difficulties.
