•Provide Data Link Systems Engineering support for military and civilian platforms in communication networks such as Link-16 and EPLRS/SADL as well as ADS-B and other avionics system solutions as needed. •Provide engineering expertise to network development teams with focus on Systems Engineering (SE) and design as well as Integration and Test (I&T) work products including identification, documentation, and coordination of lab requirements necessary for the development and successful I&T of Data Link and Communication capabilities on aircraft, ships and ground support platforms and equipment. •Utilize and support various simulator/stimulator systems, design and support Software Development Labs and Systems Integration labs, as well as provide technical expertise on cryptographic systems. •Develop test plans, test schedules, hardware Integration Tests, Software Integration Tests and Functional Test Element Testing Requirements.•Support compliance requirement matrix development and ensure all requirements are testable with proper method and location defined and ensure 100% trace-ability of tests and/or demonstrated requirements to test procedures.

Participated on Government-industry team, providing Government Program Office technical expertise and support in development of procedures and documentation (e.g. policies, requirements, concepts of operation, plans, test plans and procedures, etc.) for integration of Link-16 into MMH-60 Romeo and Sierra program along with development of technical documentation including Operational Requirements Document (ORD), Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), and Expeditionary Strike Force test scenarios. Introduced and tracked program plans and milestone schedules, worked with system developers to evaluate system requirements and subsequently recommended and verified test architectures. Provided engineering coordination with related facilities at NSWC, NAVSEA, and NAVAIR program offices. Operated tactical data link equipment (Link-4A, 11, 16) including AEGIS and SSDS Combat Systems, Tadil J Host and MLST-3 systems during scheduled data link and air control tests. Operated FFG combat system equipment in Baseline Configurations 10, 12 or 13 and the mobile SH-60B bench in support of SH-60B/R testing including Data Fusion, Radar testing, Data Link testing, Electronic Surveillance Measures (ESM), Regression testing, and SQQ-89(V)14 testing and evaluation.
