· Design, build, and administration of Business Intelligence solutions for both corporate and customer use. Solutions range from single server up to high availability enterprise class platforms consisting of on-demand dashboards, analytics, and static reports. Provided these solutions to many governments, banks, and Fortune 500 corporations.· Design, build, and administration of all aspects of data warehouse solutions for both corporate and customer use.· Design, build, and administration of databases and all related code including data modelling, SQL views, functions, and stored procedures.· Integrate customer OLA and SLA metrics into solution.· Design, build, and administration of ETLs to extract data from a wide variety of data sources, including RDBMS systems, ticketing systems, telephony, server performance/monitoring, network performance, LDAP, Active Directory, Sharepoint, Lotus Notes, Excel, CSV, etc.· Design and implement backup strategies for all components of solutions developed.· Data analysis and troubleshooting.· Training and mentoring of reporting team personnel and end users in support and use of solutions.· Creating detail technical and functional documents for the solutions for ITIL management and documentation processes.· Work closely with customers and personnel to ensure that solutions meet their needs with the most accurate and reliable data on a 24x7 basis.· Work closely with cross-platform teams to optimize and integrate their solutions for maximum efficiency and accuracy.
