• Established the development organization which is known as The Viera Company and guided the creation of the company’s structure to most effectively achieve the corporate mission
• Managed The Viera Company’s residential and commercial businesses including its subsidiaries and joint-ventures (Viera Realty, a full-service realty, Baytree Golf & Country Club, and various office buildings)
