Then, each of those products had to to be polished, plated, assembled in one of sixteen finishes according to the customer's order. As the marketing and sales manager, complaints were few and far between. When it came to sourcing, he was a great asset to our team. He offered his educated opinion during the development phase and when the team reached an agreement, he found the best suppliers to make the parts for that product. Perry consistently delivered a package that worked and came in on budget. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Perry as he consistently delivered above what was asked and was a tremendous source of knowledge. Perry had a lot of interaction with outside certifying agencies for such things as monitoring lead in our faucets as well as government agencies that monitor waste water or work force staffing or health issues.
