I began with the Sheriff's Office in uniform patrol. I then transferred to work as a school resource officer, where I spent my summer's assisting in sex crimes investigations. I was then selected as an investigator in Criminal Investigations Division to work in the newly formed Crimes Against Children Unit in August 2011. Current duties include investigating crimes committed upon children age 16 and under. Mostly dealing with sexual assaults and physical abuse.

Started as a patrol officer and later moved to Detective Division.
