With a strong foundation in customer-facing roles, I’ve honed my skills in understanding and addressing client needs, ultimately working my way up to leadership positions. My journey in these roles has provided me with a deep appreciation for the importance of customer satisfaction and effective team leadership.Driven by a desire to stay at the forefront of business innovation, I pursued and am in the process of completing a Master's degree in Digital Business and Data Analytics. During my studies, I have gained hands-on experience with key software tools such as Python, R, SQL, and SAS Enterprise Miner, which are essential for data-driven decision-making. A key highlight of my experiences so far was developing a natural language processing model for my Digital Health module to analyse clinical notes to aid in the detection of cases of Sepsis as part of a larger model. Additionally, I developed a strong understanding of project management through key concepts of PRINCE2, further enhancing my ability to manage and execute projects effectively.In addition to my academic pursuits, I have worked closely with Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) teams, contributing to various initiatives aimed at fostering inclusive environments and promoting diversity within the workplace. This experience has allowed me to bridge the gap between role expertise and meaningful social impact.
