As a plumbing technician at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, I am responsible for finding out what the customers needs, wants and desires are and offering options to repair, rebuild or replace any part of their plumbing system they are having trouble with. I go over the features and benefits of all options with them as well. I let the customer know that we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and that if they are not completely satisfied with the work that I do, they will not have to pay for the service. Once a customer has selected an option that suits them best, I perform the service, making sure to protect the customers property at all times and clean up after the service is complete. If I find something else that may need some attention during the repair, plumbing related or not, I feel it is my duty to inform the customer so they can determine if any further repairs are needed. Once the service is completed, I go over everything with the customer, showing them how everything works and making sure I have addressed all of their concerns.

Thrifty Plumbing was started in 1965 by my father. My dad was a new construction plumber and did mostly new homes and small commercial buildings. I worked for him every summer break and every teacher duty day all through high school. When I graduated high school, I went to work for him full time. Sometimes he did not have enough work to keep me busy full time, so I would work at other plumbing companies like Palm City Plumbing where I learned other ways to hone my skills as a new construction plumber.
