Responsible for all activities in North Carolina to promote the Charters of Freedom Monument program at State, County, and city levels. Includes setting appointments with County Managers, County Commissioners, County Sheriffs, Mayors and city officials to explain the program and move it forward from fundraising, to construction and then the final dedication and gifting to the city and county by the Foundation CEO.Schedules speaking engagements with organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Clubs, Kiwanis, Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legions, etc. to promote the project and explain fundraising campaigns. Jalalabad, Afghanistan

Responsible for the overall operations of 14 military camps in Eastern Afghanistan. Oversees all construction in support of expansion of military operations. Currently the largest area of operations and also the largest portion of Construction in Theater. Responsible for over 2,000 employees in support of this effort.

Responsible for the construction and O&M operations of a 4500 man camp supporting a US Army Striker Brigade in Southern Afghanistan.

Responsible for the Theater Wide Internal Security Services for 19 major bases located in Iraq. Provided perimeter security to include entrance control points (ECPs) and guarding high risk areas such as military headquarters, dining facilities, fuel terminals, ammunition storage areas. Supervised 4 project managers in the overall management of over 4,000 employees

Project Manager of T-Sites Project responsible for 4 seperate military bases in Iraq, one of which is the US Military's largest Fuel Depot (Cedar II). Managed a yearly budget with +/- 2% of $734 Million dollars. Exercise managerial supervison of over 3,000 employees

Served as senior Non-Commissioned Officer from Platoon level (20 soldiers) to Brigade level (6000 soldiers) and advisor to the corresponding level commander. Responsible for the health, welfare, and training of each sized element. Advised commander on enlisted affairs.
