•Directly responsible for aligning/synchronizing project resources which includes a workforce of over 24,000 for the execution of a services and support contract valued in excess of $5.8 billion •Provide leadership, direction and mentorship of 63 site managers (8 Area Operations Managers and 55 Site Managers/Supervisors) operating at 55 separate geographical locations providing services and support to 120,000(+) US and coalition forces •Management oversight which includes but not limited to providing operations and maintenance (O&M) for 16,000(+) facilities w/ 6,400(+) personnel assigned to support the mission; processed on an average of 34,000(+) P1, P2 & P3 service orders on a monthly basis exceeding the repair performance standard of 75% by achieving a 97%; completed on a average of 76,000 preventive maintenance checks exceeding the performance requirement of 95% by achieving a 99.4% performance •Management oversight of services mission w/ 11,400 personnel assigned which includes : water production (78,600,000 gallons per month)/distribution (avg 34,265,128 gallons per month); fuel retail/bulk operations (4,990,000 gallons issued per month) maintained 100% accountability; 1st and 2nd echelon maintenance on 4,998 assets (NTVs, heavy/construction equipment, MHE & power generation) maintaining an average ORR of 97.7%; 59 dining facilities (serving an avg 5.7 million meals per month); 6 Supply Support Activities (managing 45,000(+) line items); laundry (avg 228,000(+) bags monthly); Transportation (avg 10,000 items transported, move 12,700(+) PAX, escort 3,000 host country trucking missions monthly); sewage and waste (60,000,000(+) gallons monthly); trash removal (160,000 m3 collected monthly)
