Transition & Tranformation Program Executive
In this program management role led the planning, integration, execution & control of all Transition/Transformation (T&T) program activities for new and re-negotiated IT outsourcing contracts. Provided overall leadership and direction to the IBM program & project teams while serving as the single point of accountability to the Client regarding roles & responsibilities, scope, schedule, deliverables, financials, issues, risks and status. Led integration & implementation of all contracted technical services including workstations, servers, storage, data center, service desk and network. Typical scope for these programs included 50-150 FTEs and $15-30M budget over 6-18 calendar months.
