Coached and developed staff with full HR decision making in regards to hiring, training, ongoing coaching, and termination. Led the team for successful execution of budget targets, menu development, quality control, business planning, marketing, facility maintenance and upgrades. Managed multiple offsite large events.- Led Jake’s from $6.4 million in volume to $9.4 million and held highest profit percentage of the 7 TSCalifornia restaurants.- Took on the project manager role to execute a highly successful $1.6 million facility renovation.- Managed a new marketing company transition and major concept overhaul of the brand. -Created a TS California cross training system for all management positions. -Developed and executed a San Diego Food Bank monthly monetary donation/volunteer program. - Member of the Del Mar Business Advisory Committee working with City officials for business growth.- Planned and organized a first ever partnership and kick-off event for the Breeder’s Cup in Del Mar.

Responsible for all front of house operations and assumed General Manager role as needed, including, but not limited to HR decisions, guest service, facility maintenance, budget targets, and quality control. Led Duke’s safety program handling ADA compliance, employee safety training, and guest claims follow up. -Interim GM at Duke’s Malibu for 3 months to assist in the transition to a new GM. -Assisted in the ongoing GM training of other TS restaurants. -Won the company-wide Chairman’s award for achievement.
