Assembling a variety of freshly “weighted” prepared meals for customers per recipespecifications; receiving produce and other raw foods; packaging meal kits in accordancewith established processes and procedures; labeling and shipping meal kits in accordancewith health and safety standards.Ensuring the correct weight/item of each individual ingredient foreach meal goes into the meal; ensuring associates maintain Good ManufacturingPractices and always use Personal Protective Equipment; monitoring expiration datesof food that goes into the meal kits and ensuring the expired food items are identifiedand disposed of in accordance with facility procedures. Ensuring the correctingredients are in the meal kit and correcting any inaccuracies; identifying qualitycontrol or safety issues and reporting them to the supervisor; working with thesupervisor to correct quality control issues.
