Responsibilities1 To achieve goals of sales volume and contribution margin for the segment in China.2 Manage distributors to sell resin to coating and ink customers in China.3 Sell the resin to several local key coating customers directly and manage the relationship with them.4 Gather market trends including opportunities and threats.5 Work closely with other colleagues both regional and global for daily work and new projects development.6 Provide valuable information and pricing proposals for internal approval.7 As part of Evonik coatings segment, communicate with other colleagues for knowledge sharing and coordination at strategic accounts.
