Established a SharePoint solution and E2E process for Issue Reporting, Triage, Tracking and Resolution reducing turnaround times for issue resolution by 75%. Developed SharePoint solution and E2E process for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), providing full transparency and traceability for new functionality and production defect fixes currently being tested by Capability Managers and the Business Resources.
