Enterprise Client Success Manager
Current- Main point of Contact for all Hepta Services for large Enterprise clients and University Systems
- Building in depth relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client engagement and retention of Hepta’s services
- Identifying additional sales opportunities to expand services within a customer’s account
- Creating specific training regimens of Hepta’s SaaS solution for all clientele
- Working closely with the Product Management team to identify and create a customer feedback loop to recommend CX related improvements of Hepta’s SaaS solution and building those into the development roadmap
