In 2019, Perry founded iEmerge Leadership Academy and now works with individuals, teams, churches, non-profits, large & small companies, providing 1:1 & group coaching, lunch & learns, masterminds, workshops and keynote speaking. He also assesses individual & team behavior, utilizing the Maxwell DISC method. Perry is founder, President & Manager of Regal Realty, founded in 2004, and has 30 years in the real estate profession. He has earned top sales status many years and has a reputation for mentoring and coaching newly licensed as well as experienced agents. Perry has also been involved in direct sales most of his life, marketing health & wellness products with several companies, and promoting education materials to school districts, teachers parents & students.He is a former Board member of Smart Kids Inc, a non-profit dedicated to uplifting students by increasing their learning capacity and reaching their full potential.Perry currently volunteers at a local school district as a mentor to boys, grooming the future leaders within the community. Carmel Baptist Church, he is currently a Board Trustee, serving as Social Services Committee Chair; serving as co-lead servant for the GriefShare ministry, serving the broader community as they go through the grief process. His previous service to TMC include being a member of the Board from 2003-2015, serving as Chair 2007 - 2015; Former Chair of the Executive, Social Services & Personnel Committees and former Budget Committee member. He also served as lead servant for the Hazelwood School District "Hero's" mentoring program.Perry is a former Production Supervisor and relief Production Manager of Distribution for the United States Postal Service for 17 years.
