Grew the season ticket base from 8.649 holders in September 2016 to 10.500 holders in September 2017. Went against the Eredivisie-wide trend of declining spectator numbers with FC Utrecht, increasing attendances two years in a row. Spokesperson responsibilities were part of the role.Installed new branding and corporate identity and rolled out matching initiatives in PR and storytelling to 'awake the sleeping giant'. Including within the initiatives was the buildup of a videocrew that helped the team in the transition to a new marketing approach towards millennials.

Also responsible for ESPN Classic.

While at JansenJager, communicatietrajecten, one of the top PR agencies of the Dutch automotive sector, Hendriks booked PR-successes for various international accounts, such as the Alwaysbemobile Company (concentrating on the PR of CEO Luc van Bussel) and General Electric. In the meantime, Hendriks also showed his editorial skills, writing for accounts such as AutoTelegraaf and creating the quarterly publication of ING Foreign Affairs, ING Reporter.
