As one of the founding members of Agilex Technologies, held a variety of leadership positions to help establish this new company. Served as leader of several of Agilex Technologies’ divisions (Federal, Civilian, DoD) as the divisions were being first instantiated. KPMG Consulting was a global, full-service management and technology consulting company with over $3.5 billion in revenue and 17,000 employees. Was initially hired as a technology Partner to help grow the Oracle practice for the Information Communication and Entertainment (ICE) Industry Group. Became the Enterprise Solutions Leader (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft and Siebel) for the firm’s Financial Services and Telecommunications Industry GroupsBy June of 2000, became the firm’s overall Global Leader for the $2B Enterprise Solutions Group which included management consulting in the functional areas of finance, workforce management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) using Tier 1 ERP solutions (primarily Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Siebel). Led the integration of five separate Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP and Siebel practices into one cohesive business unit. Developed and led the roll out of a global practice model framework which allowed the $2B group to refocus on growth. Led JMGC's foreign service group which included UN-financed international banking, US Foreign Service Agencies and Embassies. Experienced with the full life-cycle of James Martin methodologies from BRE to Systems Implementation. Recognized for reinvention efforts of government operations, by being awarded Vice President Gore's "Heroes of the Reinvention" Hammer Award.As Technical Representative on joint US Government/Private Industry Delegations to the Governments of Barbados, Bermuda, and St. Lucia, led facilitated planning sessions to define a technical assistance program for the nation's technological needs into the 21st century. In support of US economic development worldwide, developed and implemented a series of loan management software modules for the international development banking community (United Nations, World Bank, European Reconstruction and Development Bank, and the Inter-American Development Bank). In support of US Foreign Service Agencies (United Nations, US State Department, USAID, USIA, and US Peace Corps), developed and implemented worldwide administrative support systems for financial management, human resources, and procurement. Assisted these agencies with effective planning, resourcing, and implementation of the several multi-million dollar financial, technical, and infrastructure projects to address the Chief Financial Officers' Legislation and Government Performance Results Act. As Lead Technical Analyst for the US State Department (DoS) study, led a team of systems analysts to successfully implement the James Martin Information Engineering Methodology, CASE Tools, and repository tools within the Office of Financial Management. The study produced a strategic plan that included definition of projects, resources, and a complete five-year plan, which led the ADP department of financial management to the successful development of integrated systems for financial management for the State Department throughout the world.
