• Analyze business requirements and software specifications to create comprehensive test plans with well defined, reusable test cases and execute them for Brainshark’s web based applications, such as Content Authoring, Training, Sales Accelerator, SlideShark, Outlook Plugin and Coaching• Document defects in the JIRA issue tracking system and communicate issues with developers and product managers• Create and configure salesforce test orgs to test the internally developed Sales Accelerator product used to increase sales productivity across organizations• Performed quality assurance testing by performing queries, updates, deletes and verifying data in SQL database• Assist developers in the research and resolution of client escalations

• Responsible for all aspects of application testing, including requirements analysis, creation and management of Test Plans and Test Cases and the execution of the Test Cases.• Perform manual testing of web applications including running and/or developing SQL scripts to verify data.• Maintained all administrative information regarding releases by executing and deploying application code and database scripts into the test environment following standard build procedures utilizing Microsoft Team Foundation Server.• Work closely with development team to identify, communicate, and resolve defects.

Managed the test team in the coordination, development and execution of testing activities of all desktop applications and installation packages in support of over 15,000 workstations in North America. Provided Tier-II application support as needed. Implemented the use of virtualization in testing and reduced the setup time by over 50%. Worked and prepared an executive summary in testing leading edge proof of concept software for the corporation. Tested and integrated over 50 retained software applications from the company’s largest corporate acquisition, finishing 4 weeks ahead of the scheduled 26 week timeframe.

Directed integration test team by assigning projects and scheduling tests in support of over 3000 mutual funds operations workstations. Participated in the development of the corporate Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Directed the hardware and software purchases for the department. Led the design and setup of the new departmental integration test lab. Built and configured departmental workstations and servers. Took on the role of first tier help desk within the department, resulting in quicker turnaround time by 40% for all workstation support requests.

Managed integration testing projects; created test platforms and cases; designed and maintained automated Microsoft Test scripts; evaluated new software; performed setup of workstation hardware and software configurations; and participated in remote client software installation ensuring that all bank applications introduced to both internal and external client desktops functioned without affecting any other applications on the desktop.
