CurrentI lead the development and execution of omni-channel marketing plans for recognizable brands, such as Barbie and Hot Wheels, while strategically managing brand P&L and driving sales through customized retail programs. As a co-leaded of cross-functional teams, I oversee inventory flow of up to 1,000 SKUS and implement seasonal SKU exit strategies, ensuring alignment with demand planning. My role involves directing commercialization efforts, including product selection, forecasting, monthly consensus, pricing analysis, and media mix modelling. I develop comprehensive strategies that achieve the Annual Operating Plan, meet brand KPIs and drive brand growth. I also liaise with cross-functional departments and global counterparts to ensure alignment with global brand objectives and local market needs.
