As part of this role I operated as the UK Lead BA on a global pre-acquisition programme. The goal of the programme was to obtain a European Banking Licence, the programme consisted of 4 separate regulatory projects, for which I defined the objectives, High Level Requirements, To-Be processes, and supported the project plan creations for all 4 projects. The projects consisted of capturing new and existing data for MI and regulatory reporting, re-engineering the underwriting process to be compliant with the European Central Bank, and implementing a new definition of customer default across the company.

Projects were centred around the E2E car financing process (Quoting, Underwriting, Ordering, Customer Verification, Payouts, Delivery, In Life Customer Portal).
