Act as the bridge between the business and the technical. Working iteratively with the clients and their development team to clarify ambiguity, resolve issues, and assist with additional functionality across the service development lifecycle.  Advising my team on the appropriate use of analyst methods, depending on the stakeholder and scenario.

As part of this role I operated as the UK Lead BA on a global pre-acquisition programme. The goal of the programme was to obtain a European Banking Licence, the programme consisted of 4 separate regulatory projects, for which I defined the objectives, High Level Requirements, To-Be processes, and supported the project plan creations for all 4 projects. The projects consisted of capturing new and existing data for MI and regulatory reporting, re-engineering the underwriting process to be compliant with the European Central Bank, and implementing a new definition of customer default across the company.

Working with a team of 6-8 software developers and testers, my role was to liaise with product owners and external stakeholders to capture requirements, then refine these into the teams backlog. Projects were centred around the E2E car financing process (Quoting, Underwriting, Ordering, Customer Verification, Payouts, Delivery, In Life Customer Portal). Major responsibilities included;- Facilitating stakeholder workshops/requirements gathering sessions- Running stand ups, refinements and ‘3 Amigos’ sessions- Giving updates to senior stakeholders- Creating bi-weekly Business Acceptance Testing- Demoing new functionality to stakeholders- Creating Epics, Features and User Stories

During this role I worked on multiple fast paced business change projects as a fully qualified BA, including; - Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) implementation, - MoD E-Catalogue implementation- As a Project Manager; personally designing and rolling out a company wide news site that could be accessed by content publishers from within the restricted military network.- Inventory search capabilityMajor responsibilities during this role:- Liaising with external stakeholders to gain clear and concise requirements- UI Prototyping Web-based projects (e.g. E-Catalogue, News Stock/Demand search)- Eliciting, documenting, analysing and validating IT requirements for all projects I was part of- Business process modelling, for identifying where specific data is captured- Supporting the design and implementation of a new internal project governance model

Working both as a part time employee during my final year of university and then as a full time employee, I trained as BA for the prime contractor on a £6bn Logistics & Commodities Supply Transformation (LCS(T)) programme for the MoD, transforming their supply chain services delivery. I delivered a number of small to medium business change projects, such as; company wide email configuration, warehouse receipt upload capability and SharePoint migration. Major responsibilities during this role included:- Defining UAT and business acceptance criteria of a financial system upgrade (SAGE)- Eliciting, documenting, analysing and validating IT requirements for projects, including; SharePoint implementation, company wide outlook configurations, online portal and warehouse receipt uploader. - Documenting As-Is processes
