Perryn is a marketing strategist that understands how to drive profitability, grow efficiency, and maximize ROI.He is a Fellow and a certified marketer with SMPS (Society of Marketing Professional Services) and certified with the Construction Marketing Association. Perryn is the past president of SMPS Southeast Louisiana and a member of the chapter's hall of fame, and past co-chair for SMPS Southern Regional Conferences (SRC). Perryn is a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) focused on Construction and ConTech companies at AltCMO. He previously led the brand strategy and marketing team at REX.one, the parent company for REX Construction Services, REX Engineering Group, and REX Technology Solutions, which includes SuperDroid Robots and Descon (software). Before REX, Perryn was the Chief Strategy Officer at My IT, a high-growth IT firm (top 500 globally) with vast expertise working with construction companies, auto dealerships, and medical practices where he self-performed and led the sales, marketing, and client relations teams. Before that, he worked at marketing & design firms that focused on the construction, technology, and professional services sectors. He regularly consults with A/E/C and tech firms regarding brand and content marketing strategies at a CMO-level. Perryn wrote the Construction Executives Guide to Brand Marketing and ghostwrote the CFO's Guide to Cybersecurity; written several articles for industry publications; spoke nationally; and is often a podcast guest on topics pertaining to the marketing, construction, and technology industries.
