I am an experienced Silicon Valley attorney specializing in intellectual property and corporate law counseling and litigation. * As a litigator, I have a long list of litigation wins, including judgments against Nike (trademark) and Advanced Micro Devices (breach of confidentiality). *Trade Secrets. I successfully obtained an evidence preservation order against an IP attorney where my client alleged that the attorney and his firm were in wrongful possession of certain trade secrets, and also successfully persuaded the Court to order an independent forensics firm to mirror all client files. In another trade secret case, which was not defensible on liability, I prevailed by limiting the damages award to less than 2% of the compensatory damages claimed by the plaintiff.* I also litigate other complex business litigation matters, including founder disputes. In one major win in California, at summary judgment, I defeated multi-million dollar equity ownership claims in a successful Silicon Valley company, which claims were made by a well-known entrepreneur.
