After nearly four years with M.T.S. Services, I had advanced my knowledge and experience in the telecommunications industry and decided to begin looking for a position with a company which would allow for the best possible chance in continuing with the growth and advancement of my career. With the rise in demand for high speed fiber optic networks for both commercial and residential customers, AT&T was an obvious choice! Within this position I have been able to build upon my prior experience, while furthering my career in the telecommunication industry.A quick look at some of my daily duties are as follows:- Providing a world class customer experience, first and foremost.- Educating customers on the usage and features of their products and services.- Installing various types of cabling to deliver quality, high speed, networking to both commercial and residential customers throughout the Raleigh/Durham area.- Installing and configuring various types of equipment, including gateways, routers, set top boxes, wireless access points, etc.- Responding to trouble tickets to troubleshoot, test, and restore quality service to all AT&T customers.

During my employment with MTS Services, which is a structured cabling and communications company, I worked at many different sites and projects, including Duke Medical Pavillion, Fort Bragg, Shaw Air Force Base, and North Carolina State University. However, the majority of my time was spent at North Carolina State University working to upgrade their Wi-Fi systems and structured cabling.A quick overview of some of my duties: - Responded to network trouble tickets to resolve a wide range connectivity issues.- Worked closely with N.O.C. personnel to ensure successful trouble ticket resolutions.- Worked on campus wide project to upgrade network infrastructures/cabling, equipment, and wireless access point system across entire campus.-Maintained and submit accurate records and drawings of work performed.
