Ability Fix is an app in development with s vision to provide an accessible way to empower people who have limited mobility and pain issues to improve their wellness in an aquatic environment. To do this we want to create an App with an easy to understand way to effectively exercise in a pool or hot tub that incrementally improves their balance, flexibility, strength, and speed with less pain.
