Removed old (Cisco) and install Ubiquiti system. Upped the limit from 400 guests to 2500 guests served at a time. Designed and implemented remote ticket booths, running on wireless Point to Point connections and generators to provide a better guest experience.Received 100+ hours of Guest Experience training.OPERATIONSSpec’d and installed A/C in server room where there was none before. Spec’d and installed generator specific to server room. This was used many times through the last year as power fluctuates frequently in the mountains. Increased reliability of network by replacing network switches and servers on a routine schedule. 6 years for access switches, 5 years for core switches and 5 years for servers. Maintained PC/laptop fleet to a 4 year recycle routineRapidly responded to any PC, Software or Network issues 12 hours per day 7 days per week. Most issues were responded to in less than 30 min and resolved in less than 60 min.Removed 27 “mini” switches and either replaced them with Cisco managed switches or re-cabled. -
