Reginald E. Perry, CPA/ABV, CFF, MAFF, CVA is a respected financial professional with more than forty years of experience, specializing in business valuations, forensic accounting, and business consulting.Reg has been a CPA since September of 1981. In July of 1984, he started his own practice, Perry & Associates, P.A. The firm grew quickly and in the early 1990’s expanded to include three additional partners and became Perry, Fitts, Boulette, & Fitton CPAs, later abbreviating its' name to PFBF CPAs.In June of 2017, after 33 years he left the firm and launched Perry Valuation & Forensics, LLC. He works exclusively with a number of top-flight law firms and financial institutions, specializing in niche services such as business valuations for small and medium sized companies, forensic accounting in business disputes, family law, embezzlements, expert testimony in District, Superior, and Federal Courts, and business consulting for long-term clients. He also assists clients with business exit strategies and in structuring their companies for sale. Additionally, he assists attorneys with damage calculations for lost wages and profits and damages relating to wrongful death.
