Current●Manage new client Installs as well as functioning as a third tier support for ClientSupport Issues.● Handling client server migrations (usually involving backing up and restoring Firebirddatabases, and Internal software tools and applications) to new hardware.● Handling Internal IT needs using internal support tickets based within Salesforceand/or Microsoft CRM.● Administrating/Troubleshooting systems using Active Directory, Exchange, Kasperskyantivirus, McAfee Spam Filter, Exclaimer Signature Manager, Bomgar, and others.● Managed and troubleshooted hardware/software issues for large user base consistingof a variety of platforms Involving Windows, Android, and iOS platforms.● Built, managed, and maintained HyperV and VMWare Virtual hosts and machines.● Worked with network engineers to identify and resolve network related issues.
