- Handling Internal IT needs using internal support tickets based within Salesforceand/or Microsoft CRM.
- Administrating/Troubleshooting systems using Active Directory, Exchange, Kasperskyantivirus, McAfee Spam Filter, Exclaimer Signature Manager, Bomgar, and others.
- Managed and troubleshooted hardware/software issues for large user base consistingof a variety of platforms Involving Windows, Android, and iOS platforms.
- Built, managed, and maintained HyperV and VMWare Virtual hosts and machines.
