The Charity Service Center business model is on hold now while I devote my full attention to building alTreo llc.

Joined Imagine's Senior Management Group in July 2005 as Chief Investment Officer reporting to CEO. Primarily responsible to the Board of Directors for overall investment strategy and performance, including recommending changes to investment guidelines and monitoring alternative asset selection & performance. Act as Portfolio Manager for structured insurance assets including claims trading and commission financing transactions. In addition to CIO duties, have SMG responsibility for human resources department, IT department, capital markets acitivity including credit risk sign off on all underwriting activities, communications (internal as well as external/PR) and corporate development (mergers and acquisitions).

Join Imagine in September 2002 with agreed business plan as Managing Director to establish Convergence Capital as a separate new division focused on investment opportunities and financing structures that moved risk between capital markets, commodity markets and insurance markets. Business model had been successfully executed at Enron.In February 2003, Imagine's majority shareholder took decision to discontinue Convergence Capital, the existing investment portfolio was subsequently turned into Imagine's Structured Insurance Asset portfolio and I remained as Portfolio Manager of SIA within the investment management team.

Strategic decison taken at the end of 2003 to spin off the internal investment management team of Imagine into a separate asset management company, Brascan Strategic Asset Management (BSAM) where I took on the role as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of the start up company.BSAM was established as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Imagine's parent company Brascan Asset Management (now Brookfield Asset Management; NYSE: BAM). After a year of successful operation with $2 billion of assets under management, BSAM completed the acquisition of Hyperion Capital Management ($12 billion assets under management) which became Brookfield's surviving US asset management entity going forward. Upon completion of the acquisition in April 2005, I returned to Imagine as its Chief Investment Officer in my current role.

Brandeis (Brokers) Limited was a ring dealer member of the London Metal Exchange, specializing in the trading of base metals (aluminum, copper, nickel, lead and zinc) futures and options. I was head of the company's North American brokerage business based in Greenwich, CT. The company was wholly-owned by Pechiney, publicly quoted French integrated aluminum producer.

Co-head of commodity derivatives at Chemical Bank, supervised global marketing team in NY, Houston, London and Singapore as well as all trading activity in NY. Business traded commodity derivitatives in energy (oil & natural gas), base metals (aluminum, copper, nickel, lead and zinc), precious metals (gold and silver), and softs (coffee, frozen orange juice, cocoa, and others).Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company merged with Chemical Bank and the surving company was named Chemical Bank. Chemical Bank subsequently acquired Chase Manhatten Bank and the surviving company was named Chase.
