Created flyers in MS Word for the Senior Center as well as with Canva for the Parks & Rec, edited city website, and other administrative duties. Sadly this position ended due to Covid.

I had many tasks here including but not limited to data entry such as scanning patient files into the computer and entering them as well as other files on a server file provided by my employer into a server database where he can access them from either work or home. I also send progress notes on the patients from their visits to their other doctors; I check patient profiles to see who needs to have lab results faxed in from labs as well as calling patients to ask them where they have their labs done. I also help the receptionist with tasks such as patient confirmation calls, pulling and returning files, making superbills for appointments, entering in new patients into the server program, etc.

Drawing cartoons, scanning them into Photoshop, manipulating characters based on the panel, expressions, etc. Entered in given text.

Two fellow students saw what I was doing in a classroom & asked if I would privately tutor them. One of them wanted a one-time lesson while the other preferred a recurring lesson with her assignments.
