Registering, onboarding, scheduling and managing approximately 500 volunteers for Zendo Project, a peer-based harm reduction and support service serving some of the largest attended festivals in the world.Serving as a liaison between a large volunteer base and operations / management with attention to detail and the care of people, Zendo Project has served over one thousand guests in need during my tenure.

Systems and processes improvement for streamlining bookkeeping practice and supporting future growth and hiring. Full-service accounting for multiple clients in QuickBooks, Xero, and custom accounting platforms inclusive of e-commerce clients with multiple revenue stream sources.

Digital asset organization and overhaul for fifteen-year-old Real Estate Brokerage including duplicate document consolidation, manual and SOP creation for network of realtors, and access control establishment for domestic and overseas teams, systems automation implementation for established multi-faceted real estate company serving buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords in commercial & residential brokerage and property management.

Multimillion dollar budget development, oversight, and accounting. Interface with largest business management firm in the US. Advisement on financial strategies. Hiring and management of ten person team in charge of several on-site revenue streams for multi-day festivals.

Developed a music gathering from a renegade event in the desert into a worldwide community and annually sold-out destination festival. Implemented people-focused business processes, budgeting, and hiring models to empower innate leadership and foster growth. Daily operations including financial oversight, relationship management, and startup consulting. Directed the annual flagship festival, leading to the company's expansion into a record label, worldwide touring, and various philanthropic projects.
