I provided direct client representation for state prison inmates at parole hearings in front of the Massachusetts Parole Board. I also handled inmate appeals from their previous parole decision to the Massachusetts Parole Baord. I handled all client intake and correspondence, research, writing and other issues as they arose.

Conducted research and presented findings at a senior staff meeting regarding the department’s obligations under the Adam Walsh Act. Assisted attorney in response to court challenge of the department’s statutory authority to extend commitment of youths beyond their 18th birthday.
