I've been a storyteller ever since I could read a Ladybird book at 4. Later I played the piano at 5 and became a music junkie as well, with disco records being played in my house in the 70s. I was a full on creative person. I loved the arts, music, film, TV and writing but most of all I found different ways to tell my stories. At age 18, I decided that music, visuals and storytelling could all come together in film and television and that's why I pursued communication, broadcast and production in college in the United States. I started off in the industry as a junior copywriter and a runner at an advertising agency in Little Rock, Arkansas and I've never looked back since. I'm a former producer and writer at Sony Pictures Television Networks Asia and I enjoyed that job tremendously with the chance to travel, be creative and work with some of the best talents in the industry.Specialties include: Producing, Directing, Voiceover, Video Editing and Writing for broadcast shows, promos, vignettes and commercials for Original Productions and Creative Programming Services. I'm an organized, goal-setting creative media professional with a love for the unusual, new, funny and edgy. I'm also author and co-creator of a new woman's lifestyle website: Tomboy Tarts. I'm currently looking for employment opportunities at startups, film/distribution companies and new media platforms where content is king as I envision that we are all going to be consuming our content very differently in the decades to come and I want to be there when that happens, so feel free to connect with me on LinkedIN and let's push some great ideas through. :)
Listed skills include Television, Film, Video Production, Video, and 35 others.
