Have returned to Aftersales from temporary position in Presales. Still following up on the two Nordic ADP Exchange projects with Honda and Nissan. Assisting consultants with HTML-editor in a project around ADP ServiceCare. Assisting the Project Manager of an Opel ADP Exchange project in Russia. Managing several roll-out projects on Autoline and related products to Mercedes-Benz dealers DK.

Assisting the Sales staff by performing business analysis. Analysing and improving internal and external processes. Preplanning larger product deliveries. Planning and managing projects with higher complexity. The position is temporary.

Planning Projects for ADP Nordic. Converting data when dealers move from other DMS to DRACAR+.Implementing Project Managing and Time Registration tool in DK. Finalising project of implementing a common DMS for all Toyota dealers in Denmark. Followed up by managing project of implementing an Importer System for Toyota Denmark. Currently managing an Exchange project for Honda Nordic (7 Countries, 7 DMS systems, 7 Interfaces), 220+ dealers. Have just taken over managing an Exchange project for Nissan Nordic (Phase 1: 6 Countries, 2 DMS systems, 3 interfaces, 100+ dealers)

Implementing new Dealer Management System at all MB dealers in DK. Also implementing ADP Project minumum requierements for all ADP Nordic.
